Information You Give Us
Absolute Car Care collects basic information about you in order to process each transaction through the e-commerce store.
Information you provide us is only used for fulfilling a shipment and ensuring that items arrived as described, to the correct address.
We may collect non-personal information such as browser type, operating system and most visited web pages within our site, in order to serve you better.
Use of Information
None of the information collected through Absolute Car Care will be shared or re-sold.
We may however, use the information collected in order to notify you of special offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns that could be of interest to you.
Any such offers would be directed by email only, and will not include your actual name, only your username on the Absolute Car Care e-commerce store.
Security
We will protect the security of your information using 128-bit encryption over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Only the last five digits of your credit card number will be used when confirming an order.
If credit cards are used, the entire credit card number must be sent to the appropriate credit card company during order processing, however this process will be protected by encryption and ensured through PayPal or 2checkout, the most trusted payment services on the web.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. We recommend that you sign off after finishing your purchase if you are using a shared computer. You can sign off by clicking “Logout” immediately underneath your username in the menu on the right hand side.
Connection to PayPal & others
Absolute Car Care's ordering and fulfillment is ensured and powered by the web's most trusted online payment providers, PayPal and 2checkout.
These services are secure, and the connection to our store is encrypted as described in the section on Security above.
If you have an issue with the payment process itself, please consult PayPal or 2checkout's customer service.
If you do not receive a response, please notify us and we will contact them on your behalf.
Third-Party Advertisers
Absolute Car Care does not refuse Third-Party Advertisers outright, however we prefer a simple and convenient store front, and will never use your personal information to advertise products without your consent.
We do not currently have any Third-Party Advertisers, so all the products listed on the storefront or within our Product inventory are products sold by us directly.

Unlawful data collection or Spam is strictly prohibited, with legal reprecutions depending on location.
Your profile picture may not include any questionable images not deemed appropriate for a public website.
No solliciting other users or visitors to Absolute Car Care through our e-commerce store.
No fake purchases, creation of faulty accounts or use of fake email addresses.
No posting Third-Party Advertisements, offers or links.
Other unlawful activity is not allowed on the site.
Any abuse, misuse of the service, or other questionable acitivity on the Absolute Car Care e-commerce store as defined under our Terms of Use will be subject to privilege suspension or account removal. Further legal action may also result.
SHIPPING
Items purchased through Absolute Car Care usually ship the next business day. The time between our shipping and your receiving of the item may vary depending on location. Overnight service is available by courrier.

All items purchased through the Absolute Car Care e-commerce site may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, so long as the item being returned meets the following criteria:
the item is unopened
the item was sold by our store and has a valid confirmation code (transaction number)
the shipping is pre-paid on the returned item
the item has not been re-sold
You can expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of shipping the product back to the return address provided by the package you received from Absolute Car Care. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly, especially for PayPal and 2checkout buyers, who will refunded immediately on return of the item. Visa, Mastercard, money orders or other payment methods may take more time to process a refund. The time period includes the shipping time required for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (typically 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (on average 3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will receive confirmation by e-mail of your refund immediately after we've received and processed the returned item.
Winter Months
Winter can bring extreme cold temperatures or inclement weather, and with such conditions comes a chance that products may freeze in transit. Currently, no couriers offer any guarantee against freezing. Please understand that although Absolute Car Care strives to provide our customers with the best possible service, while shipping during winter months, extreme temperatures may affect the quality of liquid-based products.
